We usually ship international order by POST (Postal packet or EMS), deliver to major destinations like US, UK and some other European countries only take around 7-20 working days. Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, or availability of the product.
We shall ship the items in 12-48 hours once your payment is cleared. If you want to know the status of the item, you can use the track number to get the information about it.
We strongly recommend and prefer that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. We may require you to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes be shipped to a different address; however, we still require the correct, matching address for your credit card in addition to the shipping information. If you need to make arrangements for shipping to a different address, please send us an email to ask for assistance or contact us online previously.
If you are not available to accept delivery, the courier/carrier will leave the parcel in a safe place, please contact post office to check package status and send us emails for assistance. If, however, your item(s) do not arrive within our stated lead times, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you.
Please note: lead times are only an approximation; we are unable to guarantee a delivery time as this is an international business. Once the item is dispatched, we cannot cancel your order. You have up to 14 days to return your item for a full refund.
We’ll send the track number to you via email, and you can check the status by the track number.
For the keys, we’ll send to you within 24 hours after your payment is cleared. If you don't hear back from us, it's likely because we've sent an e-mail but it was blocked by a spam filter of some sort. So, if there's no response within 24 hours, please send us your message and use an alternate e-mail address.
Confirm the correct product you’re ordering. In case that we’ve emailed the key to you and you find that’s the wrong version. If that happens, we do not accept the exchange of the correct version.
If we send the wrong key to you due to our mistake, we can change the correct one to you. If there’s any problem when you received the key, you can contact us and we’ll go deep into it to solve the problem.
If you want to make an order cancelled, you’d better cancel it before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our return policy.
